Theatre includes: West End debut as Baby John in Jerome Robbins's West Side Story (Prince of Wales), Swing Eddie/Pepper in Mamma Mia! (Prince Edward, also Buckingham Palace for The Queen's Jubilee concert), Tom Sawyer in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (Savoy), the Madness musical Our House (original cast, Cambridge Theatre) and Derek Bentley in Let Him Have Justice which he co-wrote and composed for the Covent Garden Festival (Cochrane). Other theatre includes: Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors (Judi Dench Theatre), Mr Rabbit in Wind in the Willows (Sevenoaks Playhouse), Action in West Side Story (tour) and Simon in Beauty and the Beast (Lincoln Theatre Royal).

Film includes: The Phantom of the Opera.

Television includes: Gizzard in Grange Hill, Son in Smart Alek and Our House.

Recordings include: Let Him Have Justice and a reading of the new musical Teen Scream.
Gavin guests as a director and movement lecturer at Central School of Speech and Drama, East15 Acting School and Arts Educational, and works as a choreographer, recently staging Brecht's Happy End (Wilton's Music Hall). He is principal of tomorrowstalent.co.uk, an Essex-based theatre school, and founder and creative director of westendworkshops.co.uk, an arts consultancy and educational organisation providing arts workshops and drama training throughout the UK.
