Alma Ferovic

Training: Born in Sarajevo, Alma trained at the Academy of Music in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Royal Academy of Music (musical theatre course).
Theatre includes: as a singer she has worked for The Lord of the Rings production in developing a musical score since the very beginning and most recently completed a world tour with the show's composer, A R Rahman. Other theatre includes: Sevdah Opera (Opera Circus), Grease (MA), Sweeney Todd (RAM) and The Silk (NPS).
Film and television include: Maya in Hotel Babylon and Irina in Lewis.
Other work includes: performing in 12 European countries, including concerts with Sir Elton John. She has recorded three CDs of world musical literature and will soon be releasing her own album with brother Jasmin Ferovic. She is studying Indian traditional singing with artist/singer Swati Natekar.
